Thanks for keeping us informed. I know what it's like. My wife put a 20 Volt into a 12 volt hard drive and lost over five years of digital photos as this is all I was using this drive for.

Just tried to donate but Alertwave are not accepting Visa or MasterCard transactions at the moment for some strange reason.

Shame PayPal is not an option.
