Ford focus 2008 Blaupunkt travelpilot FX

I have a problem with the above sat nav.
the No GPS is constant in red lettering, can`t get anything into the destinations.
I do not have a cd , but there is an SD card in the unit which looks original with Europe & turkey 2009 wrote on it.
any ideas please

try to do a factory reset, it could solve the problem
