I have 2014 Focus with sync 2, my old map is on sd card, is this map for my car? How do I check and how do I update it please? Thanks for help and sorry for newbie questions

How do I get this onto an SD card and get my Mondeo MK5 to accept it?
I have copied it onto an SD card but my Mondeo MK5 does not recognise it.
