Hello, i need help with my navigation im not really sure on what version it is but when i open up my iGo navigation program it gives me this error ui_igo9\common\trackinglist.bmp failed to open, this was happening while i was updating the maps on it and im not sure on what to do since even if i put the old maps back in it still gives me this error and at startup asks if it should do a complete factory reset while removing PIO's and track settings
