Basecamp not showing maps loaded in GPS

Hi guys… for a long time I did not need to show the maps loaded in the GPS (GPSMap 78sc) in BaseCamp. I am absolutely sure that in the past I was able to see them.

It happens that now, when the GPS is connected to the PC, BC downloads the info from the device (WPs and Birdseye files) but then under the “Maps” tab only shows the Global Map but any of the maps loaded in the GPS.

I tried using Win 11 and version 4.7.5 of BC, as well as under Win 7 and version 4.2.5 of BC. No luck with both. A friend of mine is going through the same problem with a 66s.

Any ideas in what could be happening?

You don't say where you and your friend got these maps, but possible they have not been made visible in BaseCamp.
Use [Please Register or Login to download file] to check and to make them visible.

Thanks for your prompt reply! Will do as advised an report. BTW, the maps are custom made or downloaded from OSM.
