Best and fastest way to unlock the mapsource

I need your help guys.

What's the best and fastest way to unlock the mapsource ?

A friend told me about "Garmin Unlocker by whocares!" tool. He said he used to have and it was quick one. I can't find it anywhere or any explanation for it.

MapSource never has to be unlocked!

Only some maps in gmap or classic MapSource format, if they aren't unlocked yet.
UnLock MapSource Directory you find in our Software section.
