Hi,
I have created a very basic tour, it has 3 locations, very little text and some test audio.

I have not created anything fancy as this is just a test to see if i am doing things correctly before i create something more complex.

anyway, i loaded the .gpi file to my Garmin 1300 and choose the tour from my custom poi menu.

the locations show up and the can view the text and test images i uploaded, however the audio does not play.

as i am 300 miles away from this location that I created i cannot be there to test it in real time so have had to view what i can as it is.

however, if i choose the car mode and simulate the route it takes me to the location but does not show me the text, image or audio, the same goes for the bike option.
as the pedestrian option cannot be simulated i cannot test that.

1. my main question is why does the audio not play.
2. why does it not show the text/image/audio when arrive at desination when driving or cycling?

anyway, can anyone download and install the test file i created and see if it work for them and let me know what you see/hear?

you can also download the the raw data in the zip file by choosing method 4.

No sound on my nuvi 1250 either but I would not expect any sound if your "method 4" vh.zip is the end result in vh.gpi.
There are 3 files named nokia tone.mp3

Your GPS probably can't play mp3 files. You may have to convert them to wavs?
