i run windows diskcheck to see if both the garmin drivesmart61 mass storage drive and its boot drive file system is ok.
the boot drive is fine, but windows found file system in the mass storage section has some errors, and fixed it, then FOUND.000 folders created....
This happened quite a few time, although it didn't have impact on usage, everytime the unit is 'fixed' by windows diskcheck, and then I used the unit for a while, windows diskchk will found error again if I check the unit again....
Is the internal flash memory really having bad sector?
how to accurately check if the internal flash memory has defect?
