ive picked up 2 collars 1 t5 and the other t5 mini ,I wish to purchase a handheld but I don't know which region or country they are... the serials are 3S7099xxx abd 4D6013xxx

Maybe you can work it out from the Part Number if you can find one on the collar:

this is it ,there is no part number.and when you contact garmin they don't reply
