couldn't download Garmin express

I was thinking of purchase a navigation system device and for this case, Garmin is the best option. So I purchased Garmin express device and try to [Please Register or Login to download file] but due to some unknown reason, that process was not occurring. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
