Wanna check with you guys, i got a list of POI can i insert it to an icon to specify my POI. Please revert to me ASAP as i need help on this.

Yes, you need Garmin POIloader, POI in gpx or csv format and icon as bmp (16x16pix, indexed color). Related files need to have same name except of extension, e.g.:
redlight.gpx, redlight.bmp
30kmh.gpx, 30kmh.bmp
60kmh.gpx, 60kmh.bmp
...
