I turn on Garmin > Where To > Point Of Interest > Pick any places > try to set it as favourites places and the problem is when I click at the option button, the system going back to opening windows. Can anyone here guide me to solve this problem?

Would you please tell us before, what device, software and map you use? We are no Clairvoyants .

you can save poi that you want by

after you find your poi don't press option

press back and back to Where to > Recent Finds

in Recent Find you will find last poi here you can save it again not crash

Seems like the solutions only temporary as the problem now still there. The system also crash like before whenever I want to set the POI as favourites.

For ce6 usually has problem it crash

someone aviod by press interest > and press food & drink

back and press other buttom agian
