Garmin Alpha 300 regional limitation patcher

Garmin Alpha 300 USA bought. Want to use it in Norway.
Anyone knows where to find the same type of regional limitation patcher, as is awailable for the Alpha 100 unit ?

The firmware file for this device and Alpha 200 is encrypted, so you will not find a Patcher
The Alpha 100 firmware file isn't encrypted.
Before you post, "The archive is corrupt or damaged"
Please make sure your archive software is up to date or just Use the latest [Please Register or Login to download file]

If only it were that simple.
Alpha 300 firmware is encrypted so not possible to unlock it..
