Could anyone give explanation of Garmin file structure extension.
I Use Bluechart G2, and now deep search in G3 structure.
Garmin as gmapsupp.img , I know in my model I can rename it: works well
And also what are other files : xxA.img xxB.img until xxZ.img for G3

What system does on startup when checking the locked file ? (system= the GPSMAP 'computer')
Did the system write to SD so I can not use it anymore on another system ? (I almost thing good of it, but for confirmation here)

Dumm question: I thing or read somewhere that I can use G3 on G2 compatible, taking the good files, am I right of that ?
