Garmin GPS Traffic without cellphone

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a voice control Garmin GPS that can get traffic without a cellphone? I am considering getting one.

Traffic can be received with the optional GTM cables, I use a GTM 36 globally for example

Hello, I am not an expert in these matters. I use European patched drivesmart 61 LMTS with GMT 36 it in the United Arab Emirates. Is it possible? to get traffic code, or the FID for UAE
