Garmin NUVI 2445 Help please !!

please let me know how i can access to system file in my garmin nuvi 2445
i don't know how !! please help

Enable hidden files in your Windows Explorer or type X:\.System in address line (X is letter of your connected nuvi).

always same problems , i cannot access to system folder ... what i can do please ?!?!?

First put the unit id "Mass storage mode"
go to speaker screen, hold upper Right Hand corner ~10 sec
from pop-up menus select "MTP Settings"
select a mass storage mode option
device now appears as a USB drive from "my computer"

Then as stated elswhere. Enaple your windows explorer settings to
show hidden files and folders
show system files
