Do you still have access to the device in "My Computer?" Does it still show up?

yes but disappeared the triangle that marks the navigator
appears as a mass storage
appears as usb
within the navigatore there are no files and I have not back up

If it still shows up in My Computer, this is probably a good thing. You might just need to add back the internal files/folders. Perhaps, if you ask here, someone with the same device can upload their internal files for you to download and re-install. Ask for help.

I would suggest that you open a new thread with the title being specific. You would draw more attention that way. Actually, I looked at your title again and it looks OK. But post here asking for help from someone who might do an upload for you.

is true
opening up a new post with a different title attracts more attention and highlights my request

If you only done a quick format you might be able to recover the files - if you have not tried to write new files on the devices yet.
There are severly programs available, I use Recuva and never a problem retrieving deleted files.
A quick format only deleted the filetable, not the files itself, basically same like manuelly deleting all files.
