Hi all, longtime lurker but first post, I need some help from you lovely people. I have a Garmin Nuvi 54 EU that refuses to boot properly and only will when a USB cable is connected when it does it displays a weird image (see video) any advice on this?

Also unable to get the computer to recognise it and therefore currently have not succeeded to update it either.

That looks like a hardware problem to me, I doubt it's fixable.

Thats a shame ohwell shall send back to Garmin as still under warranty
