Have Garmin Nuvi 255w and in the last few days it has lost satellite signals on two occasions. Used to have Nissan Qashqai and never had any problems ,but now have Hyundai Tucson. Searched internet and someone had a similar problem , different make of car. Using CD player/ radio in car was the cause of loss of signal !! GPS sits on rubber gps mat above the radio/cd.
Will try switching off cd/moving gps it if it happens again to see if GPS re-acquires satellites.
Just curious to know if anyone has had similar problems and any other solutions.
