I've been trying to solve this out by myself, searched through different posts in the forum but I wasn't able to find any solution.

I loaded The Topo France south files on my PC, unpacked them with winrar, copied them in my Garmin file but I can't install them :
if I click on the winzip file called gmapsupp.img I got this message:
Error: internal error processing iso image

Could anyone help me sort this out ?

I think you only downloaded the gmapsupp.img version. This file you must copy to a Garmin directory on your gps (internal of external memory: X:\Garmin\ ) Then you can use the file on your gps (if you have the unlocked version).
Or do you want to use the file with Mapsource or Basecamp ?

I'd like to use the maps with Mapsource (unlocked) and send parts of it in my Garmin Oregon 300.

but it showed up to be only South western France, I live in the southeast

That's what I did and I only could install southwestern France, must have missed something somewhere ..
When I try to install whole France by clicking on setup nothing happens.

The archive from the link above contains the complete gmap version of Topo France v2 AND in a subfolder the Topo France Sud-Ouest v2. Ignore (or delete) this subfolder and install the complete Topo France v2 with TPFRAEC2_ENU.msi (or the language version you want). On Windows 7 or Vista you have to run it with admin rights.
