Post here some screen shot of content folder Garmin Topo Morocco v2, cause that's not my upload, just to see what's inside, What's your device?
Try with Garmin unlocker to unlock mapsource version, just download garmin unlocker from garmin sofware section, and run it to unlock mapsource version.
Always you can use unlocked .img file just copy paste to sd card or internal memory of your device.
