Good day hope you are well I've been through many threads on the site and I'm just not sure what to do

I Have a Garmin Aera 500 that I use for flying in southern Africa my database is from 2013 and I wanted to find out how I can update them and which tutorials would work for my device and a Macbook running MacOS Montery I've attached some pics of what my GPS shows.
I'm not sure if they can even be upgraded or what they mean
