I want to split Onroute FIEP and use Italy to combine it with Benelux - DACH.
Can someone please help with a tutorial, because the help function in Gmap is not helping me.

Or is there another tool that suits this purpose?

You needn't to split or join something with GMapTool. Install the maps on PC and select the parts you want in MapSource or MapInstall and send them to device or SD card.

Thankx, The device Zumo 220 doesn't read different maps as gmapsupp1. img etc so if I want to combine it with Benelux-Dach I can integrate the maps with Gmap.

No, you needn't Gmaptool! You select all tiles of the maps you need successive in MapSource or Mapinstall and send them together to device or SD. So you get one gmapsupp.img from all maps.
