I bought this gps recently and downloaded the map that I intend to use, VietnamMap 3.01.1016.

I have this files (check pic), i have no idea how to install this files. I dont find any tutorial for help me.

If you search and read a little you will realize that you just download and copy on your device the same type of files that already exists. But you have to find unlocked files and your device to have a patched firmware in order to recognize them.

As well said by kolokythas above your Nuvì (it's HWID should be 1772) should be patched to read Unlocked Maps. otherwise you will get the message "can't unlock maps" on device.
Another issue: in the image above i can't view the only file you need, the gmapsupp.img (this is the only file recognized by device).
The Garmin_BinhHy_3.01.1016.gmap folder contents MapSource version Maps, they are to be installed on PC and than you can create the gmapsupp.img using MapInstall.

Ok i already use mapinstall and installed the map. Now have the message that map can not be unlocked. Mean I have to patch my gps right? Any tutorial?

Where should I put the files svg and jvc?

You see in the directories of your device what type of iles you already have and you just copy the new ones!
Your map should also has to be unlocked and your firmware patched see at the patch softwaare post
