Hi Folks

This is probably a dumb question to you experts who so kindly fix our problems.

I have a Kenwood 'VW' headset DNX521DAB running Garmin V 2.80. The set has a micro SD card slot, but to my surprise there was no card and software. I am afraid that after using iGo for a while on a different device I just have not taken to the Garmin interface, etc. on this headset. I would therefore like to upload something else, but would wish to backup the Garmin first as I don't imagine they will provide a 'restore disc' if I screw up.

Any information on how to get at files etc. would be appreciated. I have been informed by a dealer that the Kenwood runs WinCE, so I should be OK once I can get started.
