Does anyone know if it possible to lock an 'unlocked' map to an individual device od SD card? I'm aware that maps can be unlocked but just wondered if the reverse was possible?

No it's not possible and there's no use to do that, except someone want to cheat somebody while selling a downloaded map from here as original.
