2 or more maps in one img file

Hi all..

At the past I had an img file that has inside 3 different maps.Any idea where can I find a program that I can combine more than one map at 1 img file?
I have nuvi 850 and it can't read more than one img file - map

You have to use mapinstall from Garmin.
