I have a problem with my Garmin nuvi 255w
After updating software Garmin restart and stop on Garmin logo with blue line and Loading Maps...

I try to restart it, connect to PC, but is always the same.
If I connect it to PC they power on and stop on Loading Maps...
If I connect it to Car power supply they power on and stop on Loading Maps...
If is disconected and power on they stop on Loading Maps...
Every time they stop on Loading Maps...
They not go in PC mode and service menu (pressing in right up corner on power up).

Is there any solutions?
Anyone can help me?
Any software for repair or internal programator for reflash?

Try this: press and hold power button up to the message "Pre-Boot-Mode", connect to PC and repeat webupdate, don't load additional files (languages etc.) - only device software, then press "cancel", disconnect and restart device

I try to press and hold power button and then garmin give me touch screen calibration, then in left down corner "Press dot". I try to press it but not work.
Is this a touch screen problem or touch screen controler?

Don't think so. It seems to be software issue, but if you can't get access from PC, it looks bad.

I try more time and come to PC mode but when connect to PC, windows tell me that found unknown device.

Does Garmin WebUpdater can find the device? Maybe you can ignore the Windows message and repeat the firmware update?

I ignore windows message but WebUpdater not find the device.
WebUpdater write "No device connected...".
