as the title says im going to update this and have some questions

is the uk roi image in the post the correct one to use

as the device is limited in HD space i think unless i use an sd card there is no way i will fit on 3 d map images and junction veiw etc

also attached is the gramin folder image what do i delete from this before adding new maps

got the latest uk map working and added speed cams but one issue

speed cams not alarming device is a nuvi 310 software version 5

do the nuvi 310 support SDHC sd cards and if so do i just copy unlocked map image to a garmin folder on the card?

got a 4 gig sdhc card in the device on the device hard drive i have cn2012 gb and roi, i want to put CN2012 europe on the card but the device does not see it, it sees the pics and music i have put on there but will not see the map either in a folder called garmin or a folder called maps, it an unlocked map image GMAPPROM.img. any suggestions how to get this map working on the device. just updated device software to 5.20 via webupdater but still no luck

anyone got any ideas how to get the device to see the maps on the sd card tried most things i have read about on here and still no luck

read a bit more as it a 310 with 5.2 software i think im right in saying the map needs to be a supp.img on the SD card in a Garmin folder for it to be seen. how do you get a supp.img . tried renaming the gmapprom.img but that still didnt work ?

anyone care to offer any advice on how to get this map working via the SD card

I don't think a Nuvi 310 can use 3D maps as the 310 is a bit old, at least 5 years old.

Rename the Gmpapprom.IMG to Gmapsupp.IMG and not supp.IMG
