Ok here is my question...

I have a Garmin 3210 that uses the old garmin cards not sd's. I have 128mb card, the programmer and and two other cards the old jan06 and 04 version bluechart card MUS010R. So i install the programmer and want to be able to read the card and/or update and install a new map on the 128mb card. I am looking for the US400S map but cannot find it at this time.

My demlima is that after installing the drivers and the programming unit is seen in my device manager properly I cannot seem to see the cards so that I can copy these files. Would someone know how to do this???

This goes back a long way...

I have one of those USB programmers for the Garmin proprietary cards and you must use the programmer in conjunction with Mapsource to transfer the files. To my knowlege there is no other way.

This device does not appear on a pc as a USB drive like the modern GPS stuff.

Confused is correct...

You can only program the Data Cards with Mapsource.
