hi, all, got a used drivesmart 51 from ebay
when driving, if I touch the screen, the gps will give me warning saying operation is restricted
there is no options like I am passenger let me disable this warning feature.....
did I buy a special oem unit? also, this gps has rental car icon in the Where to menu and cannot be removed....

Then it appears you have bought one of [Please Register or Login to download file] , they get Garmin to set it so restricted mode cannot be changed.
