download speedcam file, and just put it in poi folder inside Garmin folder... Or you can use some of tools for uploading speedcams, like poi loader etc. you can find them in garmin software section...

But this is an exe file... do I put the exe file into the poi folder and then nothing, or then execute... or?

Run EXE file and copy gpi files to poi directory
