Hi Folks,
due to a trip to South Africa i installed the City navigator South Africa 2011 to my GPSmap 60csx but copying the provided gmapsupp.img to a blank SD card and inserted it to the unit.
I now can select Routes by entering the adress, and so on. When i select "Navigate" i get the "Route calculation Error: No roads near starting point:"
After an ecessive search in different boards i now know that this might be due to a non routable map. But the map i use should be routable - right?
All the routing settings are the same people seem to use when having no problems at all.

Is it maybe the way i copy it to the unit? Do i have to use mappoint for some reason? I already tried separating the gmapsupp.img into tiles with the respective tools and uploaded it via mapsource - no success.

Anyone ideas that might solve the problem?

Solved the issue myself!
I just wanted to try the SA Map out here in Europe (see if everythings works fine) and forgot to set the virtual location of the unit to SA. After doing so everything worked fine!
