"The data was not successfully sent" error - MapInstall

I installed "Garmin City Navigator Europe NTU 2022.10", I try to upload map to nüvi140T but MapInstall gives me: "The data was not successfully sent".

I tried in MTP and in Mass Storage mode also, same error message.

I deleted OS manually from its internal memory and reinstalled it with WebUpdater, same error message.
I tried to install map on a memory card by copying first from internal memory the GarminDevice.xml file on memory card's Garmin folder, same error message.

Ps. I unlocked map with "UnLock MapSource" if its counting anything.
Before with any devices and maps I didn't had this error.

Why not just download a small unlocked regional map to prove your device is NOT the problem.

If you are selecting ALL of Europe 5.15 GB it will exceed the 4GB img limit.

I tried to copy unlocked IMG map file in device internal memory Garmin folder, but it doesn't show the map in device menu myMaps section :(

Tried with another unit, nüni 465, same "The data was not successfully sent" error.

I tried also with other year map version same error. Tis is driving me crazy... I updated many units before without any issue with same hardware :(

Did you rename the map from D2968360A.img to gmapsupp.img

I tried on another unit. I copied the UK map file and even without renaming the file, just copying it in internal emmory, it works. But with MapInstall it gives me the same error. I tried already 4 Garmin units already, same error. I tried with different MapInstall versions from different maps 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, same error. This was working just fine before.
A taught, maybe this should be the issue: It gaved me update offer at first start of MapInstall. We should update to the latest version or not?

I tried the same MapInstall and map package on a freshly installed other OS and it works.

Strange: with MapSource I can send maps into device, only MapInstall can't on same laptop... I tried to uninstall, clean registry, reinstalled, same issue :( I give up.... I WON'T reinstall Windows for this...

Very annoying issue. I caught it on Windows and macOs. I haven't found a solution yet.
