Hi,

I got a non Garmin USB GPS and nRoute installed on my laptop.

nRoute does not connect with a non-Garmin USB GPS. For this I tried a little program called Franson GPS Gate. Works, but it is not free.

Is there an alternative solution, or free software? Link?

Would Mobile PC 5.00.70 have the same problem of not accepting a non-Garmin USB GPS? Solution, link?

You can use Garmin Mobile PC with not branded gps resievers. Simple, try it and you'll see results !
