I just bought a 2nd hand nuvi 66LM with car maps. Is there a way to install truck maps on this model ?

Sorry as far as me personally know there is no special truck map for Europe! All the needed information exist on the maps and just some devices as we explained also in an other post give the possibility to choose routing only for TIRS.
So download and install the newest map of Europe on your device which may need to patch the firmware.
Also the fact that is an LM device means that you have LifeMap update for the maps which was inside.
