Updating Fiat Freemont garmin maps

Hello,

I've got a question regarding updating maps in uconnect 8.4N garmin GPS system.
I have Fiat Freemont 2012 Lounge model (with Uconnect 8.4N GPS). But the maps are old and I would like to update them to 2015 or 2016 if it is possible. I've checked the GPS section and it says that map version is

OEM CN Europe NT 2012

I'm from Czech Republic but I travel to different Europe countries (Sweden,Croatia,Slovakia etc...) . So I would like to get updated maps for my garmin. Is it possible or is it too old to receive updates?

If it is possible, can you tell me how to do it? I'm new to this

Sorry I don't have any experience with this device but i suppose that if you put connection with a USB should be like any other Garmin device and copy the files.
