hi ,,i,m a real newbie in garmin gps updating procédures,, so i,m asking how do i updatemy map on my garmin nuvi 40 to have the latest road map of Québec Canada ?..i,m sure that i can be easely explain in a few steps

i've aready read that ,,can you tell me how i found the ''hidden'' folder in the garmin prog?i've tryed with word-wordpad to find that hidden folder everywhere and didn't found any;

or maybe i'm a complete idiot ,,cos' i've tryed with an sd card ,,with an unlock map from the pirate bay,, copy it to the sd card ,,no results,, i have also the garmin unlock prog witch generate 25 digit keys ,,but i just cant figure out how to use that also,,it generate the code ,,but where do i copy that ?? in witch folder ,,and how?

i just want to put in the canada map instead of that US lower states map,,witch is up to date from what i see
