I have played with TomTom units and iGo GPs and would now like to play with a Garmin unit. Is there a easy unit that can be updated easily, preferably with Advanced Lane Guidance?

IMO Plenty around and cheap, easy to update, 5" screen, Lifetime maps/traffic no need to patch firmware to add other maps,accessories easily available .

That might be the easy way but nothing learned. Also would need AU & NZ maps
