Probably you need to download a complete (West)Europe set just to have one map. Unless someone will provide esp. for you a seperate map download.

The latest maps are 2012Q2:

TeleAtlas/TomTom:

Navteq

Using a torrent (you know how to download from a torent?) may be the best solution, because you should be able to select what you want, thus only download the Spain maps when you so choose.

This is a tutorial : [Please Register or Login to download file]
The download link (or magnet link) you will find in Yurbuh Tugglys posts.

The matter if you want Navteq or TeleAtlas is up to you. Neither one is a bad choice. Navteq offers driver alerts but (for where I live) TeleAtlas has more and better speedlmits (in map data) and more detail (house number).
Again FOR WHERE I LIVE. This means that where you are, Navteq can be the better choice. Both will route you to where you want to go.
