Hello,
I'm looking to buy a PNA MIO or GARMIN GPS.
Anyone can advice for what PNA MIO or GARMIN model supports both original system as well as iGO Primo 2 and even TomTom systems?
Happy new 2013
Best regards

Garmin branded PNA's are Linux based and are tied to it's original software, so forget those if you want to run other software.
The Windows version of Tomtom (Tomtom Navigator) is old and considered to be a bit basic now, and only runs on WinCE 5 devices.
So that leaves iGO Primo 2, which runs very nicely on most Mio's (and Navmans), TMC can be an issue sometimes though.
Don't go for the bottom of the range 320x240 32MB versions!

It's almost impossible to run TomTom on a (new) CE6 device. Most installs do not succeed. It's a pain in the a**
Original Garmin and TomTom devices have a Operating System, based on a companies own Linux build, therefor can only run the own companies software. That excludes all other software.
Mios mostly need a specific unlock and that unlock varies per model and even per country/continent.
When you want a decent device that is easy to unlock I would recommend a Medion, however at this moment, most navigation software other than Medion's own GoPal can not use TMC on the newest **60 models (difefrent hardware?). When TMC is not a must have, you can buy any Medion, also the newest ones.
(it will be a matter of time to get TMC available in Primo as well)

Thank you both friends for yr advices ;)
However, considering the hardware of Mio and Medion, I would give the advantage to Mio devices. Isn't it?
May you be kind to let me know what be the optimal Mio model (5" or 6" with SD card)?
Best regards

My older medion device was the easiest device in the world to play with, and virtually unbrickable, I don't have a lot of hands on experience with newer medions, ask nabi or yt about those.
Mio's can run primo 2 with all the enhancements with ease, but are very easy to render permanently unusable by making a mistake in the unlocking process. Both brands will do what you want but if you are a beginner with all this, the medion would be a better choice.

I've already unlocked few devices.
Any links for the Mio's unlocker?

The unlocks are model specific, so we need to know which device you have first.

Not if you use mine or xtyler's mio unlock. Bricking just will not happen.

I'd go with the Mio C720. Just make sure it uses MioMap 3.3 because I already have made an unlock for 3.3.
It appears that Primo2 should work on your other device but I hope you saw this post by Nabi also
