no alert points displaying in igo primo?

Postby dotba22 » Sun Mar 03, 2013 9:18 pm

This is my first post so sorry in advance if get anything wrong! I have been using a 7"no name Chinese GPS running igo primo 2.0 for the last year and have been very pleased with it. I started having issues with the sd card not reading so thought I would treat myself to a eroda model with igo primo 2.0 and sygic fleet. Again I'm very pleased but have one problem,I'm not seeing any alert points, the triangle ones, Sharpe curve, deer crossing, steep incline etc. Everything else works ok, speed cams, no right/left turn (round signs)junction views and so on. I've compared both units side by side and all the same boxes ticked in alert point settings so am I missing a folder/file?? I hope this makes sense and most of all someone has the answer!

Hi thanks for reply, have checked eroda maps and this is missing but is present on old unit. My old unit says United kingdomNQ but the eroda is TOMTOM so guessing its not a straight forward copy and paste?
