Big speedometer for Primo or Amigo?

I like the large speed display I can get with skins for 8.3. Is there any way to get that with Amigo or Primo?

As you say "with skins". So when a skin does provide that large speedometer for Amigo or Primo, then the answer is yes.

Alternative is this :
