Nope. Deleting the extra speedcam files fixed nothing. It crashed after about 40 minutes.

This morning. I decided to try TMC-only, no Online Traffic. Worked perfectly. No crashing, worked perfectly. I might be forced into this really as I can't afford to have iGo crashing when I'm driving. TMC isn't perfect, it's a bit slow and doesn't always have a very comprehensive set of traffic incidents, however I'm tempted to use this method as it means I could have iGo auto-load.

That said, nabi do you have the China Alpine version: Primo 9.8.0.292314 ?

I noticed you posted in the thread about it. This has confirmed working online traffic, which would be a very useful test!!!!

Another day crash free using TMC only. Looks like the online traffic IS the issue :(
