What should I do to iGO MyWay to show the colony where you are at that moment. I use Medion GoPal P4425

For example, if you go through Manhattan that information in addition to the street where the results indicate a colony Manhattan.

Are you wanting iGO to display "Manhattan" on the screen when you're in Manhattan?

I don't know if that's possible, but there is a tweak to make it say (via TTS) "You are near Manhattan" periodically.

I want to know in what part of the city is located, not just street?
For example Chinese quarter.

Do I need some skin for iGO or what?

Can u show me how to tweak that?

My friend saw that someone uses iGO and he displays colony on the screen.

I don't know if what you're asking is possible, but the tweak I mentioned is "TTS by Winman", it gives you more TTS options, one of which is reading out the city you're in
