Can I remove topbar next street

My name is bob, I am in possession of a junsun wince Navi, igo primo truck is on, with map Europe 2018 Q4
My question is how can I remove the bar at the top of the picture, is maastricht in, remove it? Would like to see the entire horizon, at institutions it is nowhere.

Look in the skin section, not sure you can remove it but can make it more transparent.
