The One big negative to this chinese double din with WinCE is that I have to switch completely out of navigation mode to run music via bluetooth. If there a way to stream music and have GPS.

This would be a device issue, do all sounds play over Bluetooth? If so then you may be able to run another music player like nitrogen or TCPMP while iGO is running.
