Hopefully, someone will be able to help me.

I have a TomTom file for "keyfuels" POI's that I would like to convert to be able to use it in Primo 2.

Is this possible, is it difficult, and if it can be done, where would the converted files need to be put?

Just use poiedit to convert to .kml format and place then in ..\Content\UserData\POI

You don't need the bmp file if you can live with the default choice of icons.

I use NO LINKS TO OTHER GPS SITES PLEASE (because I am generally lazy)

Also see [Please Register or Login to download file] post 2 on how to put a custom icon into your kml (may be of interest ;);)

Try these for size 4169 just to remind bmp to userdata/icon kml to userdata/poi

Edit sorry icon dont show will work on it

I like poiedit because it's free, it batch converts and you can edit/split/combine etc

In Primo 2 I have in "Pizza.kml" file for example:

Pleased you are up and running and hope all is well with your icons. Pity we can't do the same with the poi from the map providers without a LOT of hassle . Still as they say keep taking the tablet or better still have a drink or three
