I have downloaded a Primo 2 prog and installed it in a newly acquired Chinese 2 din unit and all seems to be working well except that the prog has minimal function .... only the basemap, a default scheme, and no skins, not even a skin folder in contents.

My question is can I update this essentially bare Primo with maps, schemes, skins etc with the same elements from a working IGO8 version of the same resolution? Does Primo use the same maps/schemes/skins/cars as IGO8 or will I have to search for others which work only in Primo and not IGO8? I have IGO8 in an older Chinese unit in another car but could never use Primo in that unit due to its SD card and memory limitations. The new unit does not have these limits. I am hoping I can copy/paste all or some functionality from the IGO8 prog to the Primo ..... possible ???

Upgrade to Primo 2.4, it have all you need/want.

As suggested, I downloaded and installed Primo 2.4 and it is working great (thanks filesupload 100 for the tip and chas521 for the program). All is well, however I have one question: Is there a way to display the vehicle speed on the navigation screen? I can't find a setting to do this. Vehicle speed shows on the map screen but not on the navigation screen. My vehicle speedometer is inaccurate due to tire size so displaying the vehicle speed during navigation would be helpful. Perhaps a sys.txt parameter or a different skin ??
