Hi , I am looking for one of below TTS voices (for android), but in DUTCH preferably in DUTCH BE.
I tried others, but there not working.

On Android the tts voice used is irrelevant as it just uses the android tts engine.

TTS engine is set in dutch but IGO voice is english
so I guess it does mind.
By the way if it would work, I would'nt request the Dutch voice would I. :-)

In the voice's "info.ini" file make sure this entry is changed to:

tts_engine="Android"

Hopefully that's all that's needed.

You can also try using IVONA.

If I change the "Info.ini" file to Android, Igo does not start up ...
Basically TTS works, but only with the above files and only in English
TTS engins installed, Svox and vocalizer, both are not working, if I select them as TTS engine for my phone, TTS voices in IGO will not be visible. If I choose Samsung or Google TTS, then both of the TTS voices are visible and working in IGO.
Note : phone is SGS5 android 4.4.2 iGo installed on internal drive

You can't just edit it. I hope you have a backup of the original voice file.
You should use winrar V4.01 for the job. Don't unrur/unzip the file, open it from winrar, and navigate inside it to the "info.ini" file, open it (only) with notepad. Save the file, and if winrar asks to save the changes made, click "yes".
Now try to run the program again.

Thanks for the tutorial, as I said , it's not working with changed info.ini files , igo just crashes.

For TTS voices yes but with the TTS voice in folder tts pro features are enabled.

Are most people using NextGen or Primo still?
